P.K Ramdas,Chief minister and veteran leader of a political party in Kerala dies.The political situation worsens as everyone tries to reach for the crown.Most of them have their own goals to achieve .Bobby (Vivek Obroi) a cunning business man and son in law of P.K.R ,has a master plan to control the party by providing fund from an outside source - from a drug mafia from Mumbai.Priyadarshani Ramdas (Manju Warrier) and her daughter Janvi (Sania Iyappan) are all helpless infront of Bobby.

But there is one man who has the courage and power to stand against Bobby - Stephen Nedumpally (Mohanlal) - an orphan who was raised by P.K.R,who is now leader of a powerful political party of his own.

So begins the war of power and soon the enemies will realist that Stephen is not the man,they thought him to be-but someone who is more sinister than anyone they ever meet....

The directorial debut by actor Prithviraj Sukumaran is a blockbuster ,earning 100 crores worldwide within 8 days.The film is a mystery which is disguised as mass entertainer,just like the hero.There are various layers in the script by brilliant Murali Gopy,which reveals easter eggs here and there and if you look closely,we will realize it is not just a political drama.but something much more powerful and mysterious.
