I finished the movie and was pretty confused, so googled the explained version. When I understood the whole thing, I saw the beauty in it.

What makes 'Wonder' a heart-touching film is the fact that it never focuses only on one character.It shows the viewpoints of his sister, her friend, and Auggie's pal and then it comes back to Auggie.It also finds time to show things like the death of a pet - little but beautiful things which is the soul of the film.

Julia Roberts, Owen Wilson, Izabela Vidovic - everyone gives a brilliant performance along with Jacob Tremblay who played Auggie.

This a beautiful feel-good movie that will touch your soul.

If we skip the so called romantic scenes in the first half of the movie,the rest is an action packed thrilling ride.The violence shown in the film is disturbing,maybe the director intended to make the audience feel the fear,and has succeeded in that perspective. Karthi made  a comeback through this action movie,the genre where he belonged.

The heroes are a mix of DC/Marvel and various game characters. The movie is rich with action sequences and VFX scenes. The film ends with a post-credit scene that means a sequel is coming.

If you love superhero action,' Guardians' is a treat.

This film belongs to the category of 'I want this to end quickly' Director is telling the story based on the Greek myth,Iphigenia,just replacing the old with modern characters.He creates a very disturbing film,with it's irritating background music and disgusting visuals,along with brilliant performances from the actors.

It is a tragedy and the camera angles,background music and the actors conveys the sadness and misery to the viewer.It is not a bad film,it's brilliant in it's own way..I thought I won't watch anything unsettling as Mother!,this soon,but,I was wrong.

It was not my cup of tea..

Why I watched the film?

One name -Kristen Stewart.I love that girl since I saw her as Bella Swan in Twlight saga.She is so beautiful. OK.. Now that I have admitted that,i was also noticing the fact that she was doing serious roles now and getting recognition for the same and coming out of the shade of Bella.The trailer looked good and one of my fb friends suggested this movie and so I watched it one evening.And Kristen was awesome and so was the movie...

More than 70% of earth is water.We still don't know what lurks in the depth of the ocean..But human greed has no limit.We are drilling deeper and deeper....And when we break the rules the nature responds back and as a result  we have to fight for survival (The thing we are doing now ..I mean the whole world is in quarantine fighting Corona) Here the survivors has to face creatures of the deep...

As the name suggests the whole movie is happening underwater.It is full of darkness and the viewers will feel like we are also there with the crew...It is scary and thrilling at the same time...

The story also explores the relationships and feeling forming between the people and we will get an idea of their past and what made them who they are......

It is not a big budget film but it is indeed a good watch...

So people,today is Kristen's 30th birthday.And I thought,hey let me write this blog today..You know,it seemed a right thing to do....

The children who score less are sometimes adopted. Their Mom,Isabella sends them to the outside world.On such an occasion of adoption of a child called Conny,Emma and Norman  follows them to give her toy which she forgot in her room.As they reach the gate they find Conny's dead body.Both the children realize the frightening truth - they are not adopted..They are sold to the demons as food...And their loving mother is just a care taker who looks after them until the day of their 

death arrives...

Emma,Norman and Ray join hands to find a way to escape from the facility. But in order to do that,they must face the cunning Issabella or as everyone calls her,their Mom.

Spanish thriller movies are the best in the thriller genre and here also the history repeats..In general, the film is a serial killer murder mystery,but there is an element of fantasy and myth blended with it in a beautiful manner.

Set in different time periods,this is a beautiful love story happening in Shanghai. I am not a fan of anthology,but I am a fan of anime-exactly the reason why I watched this Netflix Original movie.

These are simple stories which will takes us back to our childhood...Stories that will bring back the memories of our grandparents,friends and first love.I remembered my grandmother and my first love as I was watching 'The Rice Noodles'.Sadly both of them are not with me anymore....But there is a happiness in that pain too........ 

This is my favorite anthology film till date.
A beautiful experience...

Plot

On her way back to home,Asuna was attacked by a creature.A boy with long dark hair and a green crystal saves her.His name was Shin.They spent sometime together on the mountain top.Asuna feel in love with him.

Next day, Shin's dead body was found in the river.Poor Asuna hides her pain and try to live a normal life.Then she meets Ryuji Morisaki,her new class teacher.Ryuji tells her about the magical world of Agartha.A world where gates to life and death exists.A world from where you can bring back the dead.

Along with Morisaki,who wishes to bring back his dead wife,Asuna travels to the magical world of Agartha,to bring back Shin from dead.

Impressed by the siblings,Tomioka,instructs Tanjiro to become a swordsman and join Demon Slayer Corps.Tanjiro accepts it and promise himself to find a cure that will change her sister back to human again.. So begins their journey which is full of dangers and surprises..

The anime is based on the Manga series  of the same name written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotōge It is a beautiful series.Brother sister relation ship,friendship,adventure,thrill,breath taking action - it got it all....Another thing that really impressed me was the way each character is treated - heroes or villains - a back story is provided.for most of them- They are told well with full of emotions

Excellent watch...Loved it....

Jessie and Mark discovers that whatever Cody dreams comes into existence - as long as he sleeps his dreams becomes real...But what will happen when he is having a nightmare?

'Before I Wake' is a beautiful film.It got a good story which is the main strength and what makes it different from other horror films.In core it is the story about a mother's love for her child.

Good visual effects,scary monsters and decent performance by the actors.

In India,foresnsic expert Dhananjaj Rajput and his team discovers a burned dead body with a mask on it's face,in the location exchanged by Nikhil.DJ find out here also index finger is missing.They need to find out the identiy of the victim and the connection between the others,before it is too late....

As Nikhil joins the team,they work together to unravel the mystery....

After watching series like Mindhunter,Hannibal,True Detective etc I often wondered why India never produced anything similar to them.We have so many stories to take inspiration from...The only thing that came out produced by Netfilx was "Sacred Games',which used mythology only as a layer -it was more political in my view.Anyway there was nothing else as far as I knew.

And now there is 'Asur'

When I watched the trailer in TV,I thought 'Hey..This looks interesting.' But I never expected it to be this brilliant.

It is a thriller series which uses a mix of crime,mystery,psychology and mythology.The makers deserves a praise for using Hindu mythology in a crime thriller.It was like reading a Dan Brown book,the difference being he uses Western myths and here the stories we are familiar with are used...Animation used in those sections is perfect to create the feel..

Excellent performances by Warsi,Sobti along with others makes it a great watch....A hunting background score and locations varying from Banaras to Delhi adds to the charm.

There are some plot holes,but it never takes away the excitement....

Excellent watch....

Plot 

The Prince and his friends thought the Zombies feared light.They were wrong...The monsters were not able to move in daytime because of the heat.And as the Winter started,the atmosphere became cooler which enabled them to move - whether it is day or night....

In order to save his subjects,the Prince needs to reach the main Palace and find out what happened to his father...The journey is not easy as the paths are filled with monsters.Also he doubts there is a mole in his group,who is giving information to his enemies.

In the main place,the young queen is playing a bloody game of politics,with the support of her staff - a game which will eliminate anyone who is standing between her and the throne.

The nurse realizes that the zombies are afraid of water.She search for a cure ,with the help of information from her master's journal,

The series is based on 'The Kingdom of Gods'  comic book by Ylab.I haven't read that yet,to avoid spoilers.Anyway the art looks fabulous .So is the Netflix adaptation. Beautiful  cinematography, thrilling story,characters with depth  and breathtaking action sequences ,makes it a must watch series Makers focus on the idea of quality not quantity as they provide us with six brilliant episodes and a cliffhanger for the next season.
