Tanjiro Kamado is young boy who lives with his family in a village in Japan.He sells coal in other villages to earn money after his father passed away.One day when we went out, a demon attacks and kills his family.The only survivor is his little sister Nezuko But she is turned into a demon.
Giyū Tomioka,a member of the Demon Slayer Corps arrives at the village.He tries to eliminate Neuoko,but Tanjiro fights him and saves her.Tomioka observes the love between the brother and sister and Nezuko's power to control her thirst for human blood. Impressed by the siblings,Tomioka,instructs Tanjiro to become a swordsman and join Demon Slayer Corps.Tanjiro accepts it and promise himself to find a cure that will change her sister back to human again.. So begins their journey which is full of dangers and surprises..
The anime is based on the Manga series of the same name written and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotōge It is a beautiful series.Brother sister relation ship,friendship,adventure,thrill,breath taking action - it got it all....Another thing that really impressed me was the way each character is treated - heroes or villains - a back story is provided.for most of them- They are told well with full of emotions
