The Rice Noodles 

 Xiao Ming is an employee, working in  Beijing. He has a busy life..He is nobody in the big city...However there is something that bring back the memories of his child hood - Rice noodles. In the city,they are machine made.When he is eating them he remembers his grandmother with whom he stayed as a child...Along with that a lot of memories comes back to him....Memories of his village and it's people and the local noodle shop...

A Little Fashion Show

Yi Lin is a fashion model.She lives in  Guangzhou, with her younger sister LuLu .She wants to achieve great things and at the same time look after her sister too...However as the days passes,she fails to balance her professional and personal life,and end up failing in both..Lulu plans to help her sister and she is going to do it by bringing back her childhood memories....

Love in Shanghai

Set in different time periods,this is a beautiful love story happening in Shanghai. Li Mo and Xiao Yu were classmates.They were best friends,but there was something more-they were in love with each other.But Li Mo never realized and when he did,it was too late...Now as an adult he moves into the town.While unpacking the boxes he finds a tape that was given to him by Xiao Lu - one he never heard...Will he be able to find his love again?

I am not a fan of anthology,but I am a fan of anime-exactly the reason why I watched this Netflix Original movie.

These are simple stories which will takes us back to our childhood...Stories that will bring back the memories of our grandparents,friends and first love.I remembered my grandmother and my first love as I was watching 'The Rice Noodles'.Sadly both of them are not with me anymore....But there is a happiness in that pain too........ 

This is my favorite anthology film till date.
A beautiful experience...
