Two years before,when Sacred Games aired,it was an instant hit.A game changer to be precise..Many other series came,but none of them was able to create an impact like 'Sacred Games'.Many things happened while we were waiting for the second season - like the production house closing down -rumors that there will be no second season.Anyway,finally,we got the second season on Aug 15,2019.I was on a tour and was able to start it only by Sunday night and finished it with in two days..What a ride it has been....So let's look what the second season of India's first major Netflix series offers..

Just like the first season,story is shown in two time periods.First,the story of Gaithonde ( Nawazuddin Siddiqui) set in the past and second story of Sartaj (Saif Ali Khan),set in the present. Both stories begins exactly where the first season ended.It explores what happened to Gaithonde after he was released from jail,how he joined hands with Kusum (Amruta Subhash),a raw agent,to find his way back to Bombay and how this all lead him to his 'tisare baap'-Guruji (Pankaj Tripathi).Guruji,who was planning to end the dark time -kaliyug - and to create a world for the pure -Satyug. A plan which lead to the present situation in Mumbai,where Sartaj and entire police department is trying to find out about the threat that will destroy the city.As he investigates,Sartaj realizes that he is also a part of the plan which was set in motion,years ago..

The first season was more like a gangster story mixed with police story.This season is different. Even if it starts slow,after four episodes second season,changes into a thrilling ride which ends with an open ending climax which allows the viewer to interpret it as they like...

Oh what I think? I will use one line -'Aham Brahmasmi'-I am the ultimate power
(Once you watch it,you will understand.Otherwise,it will turn into a spoiler and ruin the fun,So,watch it..)

A second season with brilliant performances from,the old and new cast, offers the viewer a great
time..Loved it...

Aladdin

Everyone is familiar with the story of the street urchin who fell in love with the beautiful princess and who became master of the genie in the magic lamp.Some of you heard it as a fairy tale or read it somewhere.But most are familiar because of 1992 Disney animated film.After 22 years,Disney is bringing back Allddin-but this time as live action adaptation.I mean,that is what is currently going on with the studio - bringing back old animation classics and the latest is Aladdin.So how is the new version?
Well it is awesome....
First of all let me tell you about the most beautiful person in the film - Naomi Scott as Princess Jasmine.
She is just perfect...Best casting of a Disney Princess after Emma Watson as Bella in Beauty and the Beast.

Mena Massoud looks like the animated Alladin just came to life ..Another perfect casting...
Now comes Will Smith as the lovable genie -the role played by great Robin Williams in the original version.Smith portrays a genie in his own style and it is awesome - Loved the hip hope part..
Abu,the monkey,the magic carpet,the lion head cave of wonders,city of Agraba,Sulthan and tiger Raja -all done well...Perhaps only weak point was Jafar,the evil wizard and his parrot Iago -never really looked that much threatening

End of the day,it is a fairy tale which conveys the message of the need to stay truthful about who you really are.It is a musical with songs,dance and visual treat.In many ways,it is more like a bollywood movie.

It's freaking awesome ...Great characters...Awesome music and sarcastic dialogues.. 

Best thing??It is just 8 episodes- 18 minutes each -Perfect for binge watching...

The thrid season shows what happens after they escape and a problem that bring back the gang together,a problem which solution is another robbery-bigger than the first one....

d it.If I explain further,I will end up spoiling it..This is an epic show with lovable chracters,twist and surprises and cliff hangers in every episode..

So watch it,people...And when you do,watch the original Spanish version with English subs,the dubbing is not that great..

Brilliant stuff...
Totaly loved it.

The world has 'Seven' - a group of super powered humans,lead by The Homelander,America's greatest hero.

What a beautiful world to live in....That is what  Hughie thought - until the moment when speedster A- Train ran over his girlfriend Robin and killed her - right in front of his eyes....In a split second.his whole world changed....He will do anything to get revenge,but after all,he is just a regular guy,who works in an electronic shop and A-Train is literally untouchable.

Annie was born with special powers.And all her lifetime,she trained hard to control and use it...All she wants in her life is to help people.Her dream came true when she was selected as a new member of 'The Seven'.But as she joins the team,Annie realizes everything is not as it seems......


Billy Butcher is an ex- police officer - someone who knows what is really going on with the superheroes.He knows each one of  them is controlled by Vought cooperation and the whole thing is a multi million business - a business with it's dark secrets...Earlier,he and his team failed to bring down the superheroes.But now,he has a new weapon - a desperate lover who will do anything to get justice....

Joining hands with Hughie and bringing back his old buddies,Butcher declares war on 'Seven'.  Butcher is aiming to take down thier leader,Homelander and he has got his reasons.And so begins the battle -The Boys vs The Supes.

In a world dominated by Superhero content in movies and television,Amazon Prime's 'The Boys' is something very different - a show that shows us what will really happen if superheroes exists.The show is based on  a 2006 comic book series. It is R rated show with some really crazy scenes ...It is freaking awesome stuff....I mean,I literally laughed out  watching Billy Butcher...

Karl Urban plays the bad ass ex cope with ease and he is my favorite character in the show.Antony Starr's Homelander is also very interesting,especially with the cliffhanger in the last episode...

If you are reading this,and haven't watched the show,give it a try mate.. It is freaking diabolical.......

I felt more connected to Manu - maybe because both of us are artists and I literally fell in love with beautiful Neela....Who will not?

It is great to see experimental films like this from Telugu industry,which is well known for it's commercial entertainers.

'Manu' is a story,that we have heard a hundred times before - but it is told in a very different manner. Beautiful frames,haunting background music and brilliant performances from the cast along with twists and surprises makes it a unique experience.
